1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Corsica Horse Sale LLC website and consignment platform ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, text, code, and functionality — is the exclusive property of Corsica Horse Sale LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or use of any content from this Site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Consignment Submissions

By submitting a horse for consignment, you represent that you are the legal owner of the animal or have full authority to consign it on the owner's behalf. You agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Corsica Horse Sale LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any submission at its sole discretion.

4. Consignment Fee

A non-refundable consignment fee of $100 is required at the time of submission. Payment must be completed for the submission to be considered. Fees are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Accuracy of Listings

Corsica Horse Sale LLC makes reasonable efforts to display accurate horse information as provided by consignors. However, we do not independently verify all submitted details. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence prior to purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Corsica Horse Sale LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site, any transactions conducted through the Site, or the condition of any consigned animal.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this Site to copy, scrape, or replicate its design, functionality, or content for commercial purposes. You may not impersonate Corsica Horse Sale LLC or misrepresent any affiliation with us.

8. Changes to Terms

Corsica Horse Sale LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
